How can you make a difference?

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Communicate with customers over the phone, via email, and/or online chat.
  • Multitask on multiple computer screens and windows to attend to the customers' concern
  • Resolve issues while providing an exceptional customer experience

To join our team, you need:

  • To be of legal working age
  • To be a High School graduate (old curriculum) or SHS grad (new curriculum); also open to college students
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to type 35 words per minute
  • Basic computer navigation skills
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Contact Center experience is a plus
  • To be willing to train onsite (20-30days) and can work at home for 4 hours per day
  • Wired internet connection at home (minimum of 20mbps download speed and 30 mbps upload speed)
  • Must be residing within commuting distance from Alaska Campus
