Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager who understands how to grow brands with structure and intention. The ideal candidate brings maturity, grit, patience, and the ability to manage multiple brands with confidence.

You will work closely with teams in Australia and India, lead execution across platforms, and ensure each brand communicates with purpose. This is a performance-led role suited only to those who can think strategically, act independently, and deliver consistently.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy and Planning

• Develop platform-specific strategies based on brand goals and audience behaviour.

• Build structured monthly content calendars with clear objectives.

• Conduct competitor and market research to guide positioning and content direction.

Content Direction and Execution

• Oversee and review reels, carousels, stories, static posts, and long-form content.

• Work closely with design and content teams to maintain brand consistency.

• Ensure every piece of content meets quality standards, is on-brand, and is delivered on time.

Brand and Community Management

• Maintain a consistent, authentic brand voice across all platforms.

• Engage with audiences, influencers, and communities to build trust and visibility.

• Support client communication by aligning expectations and deliverables.

Performance Tracking and Reporting

• Monitor platform metrics and extract clear insights.

• Prepare structured reports with recommendations and improvements.

• Optimise strategies based on performance data and audience behaviour.

Collaboration and Work Discipline

• Work independently while coordinating with creative and marketing teams in Australia and India.

• Handle time-sensitive deliverables with calm, maturity, and strong organisation.

• Participate in internal reviews and planning sessions to improve processes and outcomes.

What You Bring

• 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing social media inside agencies or fast-paced digital environments.

• Experience handling international clients and prior agency experience.

• A portfolio demonstrating strategy, content direction, and measurable growth.

• Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, YouTube Studio, X Analytics, Google Analytics, and scheduling tools such as Buffer or Hootsuite.

• Understanding of design briefing, visual communication basics, and brand identity.

• Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.

• Exceptional written and spoken English with the ability to write clearly and professionally.

• Strong discipline, patience, and ownership over tasks and deadlines.

• Adaptability to platform changes, trends, and new formats.
  • Agency experience is a strong advantage and will be prioritised.
