We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager for Project Sales to join our dynamic team and lead our project sales initiatives in Manila, Philippines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end project sales, focusing on enterprise sales, managing large-scale projects, and working closely with end customers and consultants to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the entire sales process from initial contact to project completion.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve project sales targets.
Identify potential big projects and opportunities within the market.
Focus on securing and managing large-scale enterprise sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients.
Negotiate contracts and close high-value sales deals.
Engage with end customers to understand their needs and requirements.
Provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications:
Proven 3-4 years of experience in project sales, enterprise sales, and managing large-scale projects.
Strong network within the industry and with consultants.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
