1. HR Intern – Office of the HR Director

Role Description

This role provides direct support to the HR Director in handling high-level HR tasks such as employee relations documentation, policy development, and HR administrative functions. Ideal for students who want exposure to strategic HR work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HR Director in preparing HR documents, correspondence, and reports.
  • Support employee relations documentation and help maintain confidential records.
  • Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and memos.
  • Assist in coordinating HR initiatives, including employee engagement and organizational development activities.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth workflow in the HR Director's office.

2. HR Intern – Timekeeping

Role Description

The Timekeeping Intern will assist in maintaining accurate attendance and schedule records. This facet is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and interested in HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor employee attendance, schedules, and leave applications.
  • Assist in validating daily time records and preparing timekeeping summaries.
  • Help respond to employee inquiries regarding attendance and leave concerns.
  • Ensure accuracy of timekeeping data and maintain organized records.
  • Support HR administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related course.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Willing to work on-site/hybrid at the Makati Head Office.
