The Benefits

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance in all facets of HR
  • Prepare HR-related reports and trackers
  • Participate in organizing company events
  • Other HR-related duties that may be assigned

About YOU

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or any related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Creativity in developing engaging publicity materials.
  • Proficiency in using Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Canva.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Can report onsite, as needed.
  • Can report in Boni, Mandaluyong for twice to thrice a week
  • Can commit to work for a minimum of 400 hours

Preferred qualification:

  • Currently in your graduating year of study (for possible absorption)
