Motortrade Nationwide Corporation has a staff size of more than 6000 across Philippines. In line with the continuous expansion of the company, we are looking for high potential and dedicated leaders in the Engineering field to lead our Engineering Team to achieve the goal of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Review Branch Productivity vs. Rental Expenses
  • Negotiates directly with lessors for problematic cases
  • Checks the Summary of Terms and Conditions (STC) and Final Terms Sheet (FTS)
  • Reviews provisions of Contract of Lease with reference to our standard contracts as well as validates rental table computation, advance rents and security deposit amounts to be carried over.
  • Monitors and updates timelines of branches due for renewal.
  • Manages the Branch Development Officers (BDOs) with the execution of their targets (on time) and site presentations to management
  • Assists in the planning of the BDO operational calendar aligned with BDO respective targets
  • Ensures that BDD increases market presence and improve profitability by effectively selecting and acquiring strategic sites / locations based on Company's strategic goals
  • Secure lease contracts by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts with Lessor and integrating contract requirements with business operations
  • Creates and implements strategies to be able to encourage property owners and lessors to convert their existing business into our proposed business and negotiate terms and conditions that are most favorable for the Company
  • Collect business intelligence and conduct market analysis to determine market needs, and potential business
  • Establish relevant networks (business partners) and related industry players in order to spot business development opportunities for the company
  • Coordinates with suppliers in the expansion, relocation and renovation of existing 3S Branches
  • Develop policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of a Business or Engineering Degree. Secondary / post graduate degree (MBA or Master's in any related field), is an advantage.
  • With a minimum five (5) years of experience in Business Development (networking) and has experience in the construction industry
  • With thorough knowledge in financial analysis
  • Possesses the ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships with internal customers as well as lessors and property owners
  • Must have experience in lease and contract management and negotiation
