Job Title: IT Specialist (with Digital Marketing / Graphic Design Support)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled IT Specialist who will manage all technology-related needs in the office, including IT hardware, network infrastructure, and software systems. The role also includes providing support on digital marketing initiatives and/or graphic design tasks as needed by the organization.

This position is ideal for someone technically strong, creative, and able to multitask between IT operations and marketing support.

Key Responsibilities: IT Operations & Technical Support

• Manage, troubleshoot, and maintain all office IT hardware (computers, printers, routers, servers, CCTV, etc.).
• Oversee network infrastructure, internet connectivity, and system security.
• Install, update, and monitor software applications and licenses.
• Perform regular data backups and ensure compliance with IT policies.
• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Coordinate with third-party IT vendors for repairs, upgrades, and system improvements.

Systems Administration

• Maintain user accounts, access permissions, and email configurations.
• Monitor system performance and ensure minimal downtime.
• Recommend and implement upgrades for systems and equipment.

Digital Marketing / Graphic Design Support

• Assist in creating marketing materials such as social media graphics, brochures, presentations, and banners.
• Support digital marketing campaigns (website updates, social media content uploads, basic SEO assistance).
• Capture and edit photos/videos of equipment or project sites when needed.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
• Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, network systems, and cybersecurity basics.
• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (Facebook Pages, LinkedIn, website CMS) is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
