Responsibilities

  • Record daily financial transactions.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing and vendor payments.
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports, statements, and balance sheets.
  • Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and legal requirements.
  • Support accountants during audits, tax filings, and financial reviews.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
  • Proficiency with accounting software- QuickBooks, Xero, and Yardi
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office applications.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php225.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
