Job Description

Accounts Payable Clerk

Are you looking for a fun new career opportunity with an excellent company? Cohen-Esrey Communities, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Clerk to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the invoice mailbox for incoming invoices and match them with the associated Purchase Orders.
  • Accurately enter invoices into our financial system.
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve invoice discrepancies or issues.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all accounts payable activity.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows 11.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
  • Solid math and English skills.
  • High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry.
  • Proficient at computer keyboarding/typing

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience with invoice entry.
  • Experience working on a remote/distributed team.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting invoice issues.
