We are seeking a Registered Engineer with at least five (5) years of relevant work experience in energy management to serve as our Energy Manager. The ideal candidate must demonstrate competence, proficiency, and ethical fitness in the profession. This role is responsible for planning, leading, coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating the implementation of sustainable energy, water, fuel, and LPG management programs across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies for efficient and sustainable use of energy, water, fuel, and LPG.
  • Supervise and manage the consumption of utilities to ensure judicious and cost-effective usage.
  • Lead the planning and execution of energy conservation and efficiency projects.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of energy management initiatives and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant environmental and energy regulations.
  • Prepare and present reports on energy usage, savings, and sustainability metrics.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to promote energy efficiency.
  • Conduct training and awareness programs on sustainable resource management.
  • Perform other related functions necessary for the efficient implementation of energy programs.
Qualifications:
  • Registered Engineer
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in energy management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of energy systems, sustainability practices, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in energy monitoring tools, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
