Responsibilities

  • Lead several design teams comprising of Electrical and Mechanical design engineers engaged in design and development of technology leading Switch Mode Power Supplies
  • Define product architecture and ensure compliance with customer and industry requirement standards
  • Generate, review, and implement engineering test plans focused on Robustness, Quality, and cost
  • Seek/co-develop/implement new technologies
  • Hands-on RFQ creation and involvement
  • Implement company standards for design process
  • Manage, mentor, and grow team size and design capabilitie

Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering or Electronics & Communications Engineering
  • 10 to 15 years of experience as Design Team Leader/ people management role.
  • In-depth Knowledge of Switching Power Topologies
  • Ability to design high performance power supplies will be an advantage
  • Strong Organizational, Communication and Leadership skills required to deliver results
  • Demonstrated pro-activeness, resourcefulness and high motivation
