Responsibilities

Lead several design teams comprising of Electrical and Mechanical design engineers engaged in design and development of technology leading Switch Mode Power SuppliesDefine product architecture and ensure compliance with customer and industry requirement standardsGenerate, review, and implement engineering test plans focused on Robustness, Quality, and costSeek/co-develop/implement new technologiesHands-on RFQ creation and involvementImplement company standards for design processManage, mentor, and grow team size and design capabilitie

Qualifications

Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering or Electronics & Communications Engineering10 to 15 years of experience as Design Team Leader/ people management role.In-depth Knowledge of Switching Power TopologiesAbility to design high performance power supplies will be an advantageStrong Organizational, Communication and Leadership skills required to deliver resultsDemonstrated pro-activeness, resourcefulness and high motivation
