Job description Responsible for sourcing, screening and placement of manpower Maintains and updates personnel 201 files and records Timely and accurate processing of timekeeping documents for payroll preparation Prepares the Performance Evaluation Form and needed attachment Timely address concerns of employees assigned to all distribution centers Assists in handling labor related issues and assures uniform application of corrective consultation and "due process" procedure. Knowledge of labour laws and employment regulations is preferred Conducts quarterly audit of personnel 201 file Audit payroll entries per payroll cut-off Keeps track and record personnel movements such as regularization, promotions, transfers, resignation and termination; implementation of corresponding adjustments, merit increases and others In-charge to all employee engagement and company activities Prepares memorandum and cascade to all employee Ensures HR policies and procedures are aligned and implemented Knowledgeable in end-to-end recruitment process Job qualifications Experience in a retail industry is preferred. Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field preferred. Applicants must be willing to work full onsite in Lipa, Batangas. Minimum 3-4 years of HR experience is required for this supervisor role Supervisory or management experience is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
