In this role, your mission is to: Design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions tailored for financial advice and wealth management clients. You will make a direct impact by: Translating complex advice workflows into elegant, automated Salesforce Flows that boost productivity and accuracy. Collaborating with stakeholders—advisers, compliance officers, and business owners—to align technology with business outcomes. Driving best practices in configuration, documentation, and client enablement to ensure smooth adoption and long‑term success. This Role Is for You If… Experience: You have 3+ years of experience implementing or configuring Salesforce Flows. You’ve worked within financial advice, wealth management, or financial services CRM environments. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, Flows and configuration (page layouts, custom objects, and integrations). Ability to facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and document scalable solutions. Preferred Background: Experience in consulting or client‑facing Salesforce projects. Familiarity with the advice lifecycle (fact find, SOA/ROA, review meetings, implementation, and compliance tracking).
