We are pioneers in aqueous microencapsulation technology for Carbonless papers in the ASEAN region with licensees in other countries. We're growing our team with hands-on, practical people who take pride in fixing, improving, and designing solutions that keep production moving.

The Role

This is a hybrid role: you'll work as a Mechanical Technician and a Junior Mechanical Engineer. You'll maintain, repair, and upgrade our machines — and you'll design or specify parts and improvements in CAD to make sure the job gets done right. This is not a purely supervisory role: you will get your hands dirty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform mechanical maintenance: bearings, sprockets, chains, shafts, geartrains, and other drive systems.
  • Diagnose mechanical problems, dismantle and repair assemblies, replace or modify parts, and reassemble equipment.
  • Create accurate CAD drawings for parts, modifications, and custom improvements.
  • Design practical solutions for machine upgrades, retrofits, or replacements.
  • Assist with or supervise fabrication and installation — and join in hands-on work yourself.
  • Keep clear records of repairs, modifications, and designs.
Who We're Looking For
  • Mechanical Engineering graduate, Industrial Technology graduate, or a strong tech-voc graduate with proven CAD and hands-on skills.
  • Must be willing to do practical, hands-on shop work — not just supervise.
  • Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent).
  • Has practical experience in mechanical maintenance, fabrication, or equipment repair.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to get involved at every step.
  • Flexible and ready to work full-time on-site, including urgent repairs if needed.
