Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and trainable Mechanical Engineering graduate to join our team as a Junior Project Engineer. You will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical installation projects, with an opportunity to develop into a future project leader.

Responsibilities


• Assist project engineers in managing day-to-day activities on engineering sites


• Participate in project documentation, scheduling, and procurement support


• Attend site deployments for equipment installation and inspection


• Support in preparing CAD drawings, technical reports, and progress updates


• Ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols


• Work with senior engineers and project managers on active projects

Qualifications


• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (board exam passer or non-passer welcome)


• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply


• Willing to be assigned to various project locations nationwide


• Knowledge in AutoCAD or other design software is a plus


• Strong communication and teamwork skills


• Eager to learn and grow in a technical, field-based environment
