JOB SUMMARY

  • Provides services for the appraisal of Real Estate (RE) property and chattel being offered as bank collaterals, as well as Furniture, Fixtures, and other Equipment (FFEs);

  • Provides title verification report for title/s being offered as bank collateral; and

  • Provides credit investigation of clients from consumer and corporate accounts.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • With Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Banking and Finance, or another related field; and

  • Must have at least three (3) years of related work experience as a Credit Appraiser / Investigator, preferably in a banking institution.
