Job Title: Senior Credit Evaluator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced credit evaluator to join our team. As a senior credit evaluator, you will be responsible for assessing the creditworthiness of loan applicants and evaluating collateral.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as experience in credit evaluation and appraisal. A strong background in economics or a related field is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate credit applications and assess the risk associated with each applicant.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into an applicant's financial history and creditworthiness.
  • Analyze collateral and determine its value.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on each application.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in Economics or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in credit evaluation and appraisal.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and writing skills.
  • Licensed Real Estate Appraiser is an advantage.
