We are seeking a talented individual to join our [team name] team at Marsh. This role will be based in Philippines. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

  • Responsible for managing the initiation of the renewal process for insurance policies.

  • Request quotes from insurers to support the renewal and placement of policies.

  • Generate comparative analyses to evaluate different insurance options and provide insights for decision-making.

  • Send placement and quote slips to insurers to facilitate timely policy issuance.

  • Conduct thorough policy checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards.

  • Raise billing requests to ensure proper invoicing and financial tracking.

  • Assist in maintaining operational systems and tools, providing support to enhance efficiency.

  • Perform timely and accurate production/processing of complex documents/information to support team objectives.

  • Adheres to company policies and contributes to the achievement of O&T Service Level Agreements (SLA). Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and business objectives.
