Sales Admin Staff

The Sales Admin Staff supports the FSS Operations team in regulating LTO registration and documentation processes. This role also involves providing updates regarding LTO-related news and advisories, maintaining accurate records, releasing plate numbers, and ensuring efficient coordination with the clients and internal departments.
Duties and Responsibilities- Process LTO registration for all motorcycle units sold by YZONE.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports on LTO
- Update the availability of PNP Clearance and Certificate of Stock Report (CSR)
- Handle the release of plate numbers and OR/CR documents to customers.
- Monitor client accounts to ensure timely registration and documentation
- Ensure proper filing and organization of all registration documents
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
- Graduate of a four-year course, preferably with a technical or engineering background.
- Experience in marketing or sales is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Willing to be assigned at Greenfield, Mandaluyong
