We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing .NET applications, with expertise in C#, ASP.NET, and related technologies. As a Senior .NET Developer, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of innovative software solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of complex .NET applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on best practices, code reviews, and technical challenges.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in the .NET ecosystem, recommending tools and frameworks to enhance development processes.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on project delivery.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure software meets quality standards and business requirements.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience developing .NET applications using C# and ASP.NET.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL Server or other relational databases.
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Php80, Php130,000.00 per month
