We are looking for a creative and versatile Senior Multimedia Designer with strong expertise in graphic design and/or videography to join our communications and branding team. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in visual storytelling and can translate ideas into compelling multimedia content that engages diverse audiences across digital platforms.

As a Senior Multimedia Designer, you will lead the creation of high-impact visual assets including graphics, videos, animations, and presentations. You will collaborate with marketing, internal communications, and product teams to develop content that supports campaigns, events, training, and brand initiatives. Your ability to balance creativity with strategic messaging will be key to delivering visually consistent and audience-focused materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce multimedia content including graphics, videos, motion graphics, and layouts for digital and print.
  • Lead video production from concept to post-editing, including scripting, shooting, and editing.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project goals and deliver creative solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in multimedia design, with a strong portfolio showcasing graphic and/or video work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other design/video tools.
  • Experience with motion graphics, animation, and visual storytelling.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php70, Php100,000.00 per month
