The Digital Sales Specialist is responsible for driving online revenue growth through the development and execution of digital sales strategies. This role involves identifying and pursuing sales opportunities in the digital space, including e-commerce platforms, online marketplaces, and digital advertising channels. The Digital Sales Specialist works closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize digital sales performance and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital sales strategies to generate revenue and meet sales targets across various online channels, including e-commerce websites, social media platforms, and digital advertising networks.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the digital space, including prospecting and engaging potential clients through communities, email outreach, cold calling, and networking.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and partners to drive repeat business and foster long-term loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create digital marketing campaigns and promotions that support sales objectives and drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Monitor digital sales performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and average order value, and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide sales support and assistance to customers, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding them through the purchasing process.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the digital sales space, and incorporate insights into sales strategies and tactics.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of digital sales initiatives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Utilize CRM software and other sales tools to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and generate reports on sales performance and pipeline status.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop pricing strategies, promotional offers, and sales incentives that drive customer engagement and maximize revenue opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 1-2 years in digital sales, e-commerce, or related roles, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital sales principles, strategies, and techniques, including e-commerce platforms, digital advertising, and online marketplaces.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, negotiate effectively, and close sales opportunities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office.
  • Results-oriented with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, willing to take initiative and pursue opportunities independently.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
