Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • At least college level in Hospitality/HRM, or any related field or equivalent experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure that clients and visitors are being welcomed in a friendly and professional manner
  • Should have good organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in computer skills such as Microsoft Office and databases is generally needed to carry out the duties of a receptionist
  • Must be willing to work fully on-site in Merville, Parañaque and BGC, Taguig

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greeting visitors and clients in a warm and friendly manner, answering any questions they have and directing them to the appropriate person or department
  • Answering phone calls, taking messages, and transferring calls to the appropriate person or department.
  • Managing and organizing the reception area, including keeping it clean and tidy and ensuring that it is well stocked with necessary supplies
  • Providing information to visitors and clients about the organization's products, services, or policies
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings for clients, visitors, and staff
  • Maintaining a record of incoming and outgoing mail
  • Keeping a record of visitors' attendance
  • Arranging accommodation for clients if necessary
  • Assisting with general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and copying
  • Assisting in making transportation arrangements for clients
