Web and Digital Tools Specialist

To extend cabaility of WEB plattform team during maternity leave of our employye we are looking for replacement, spcialist with solid content & web toold management experience to join the team.
In this role you will be:
managing contenticket via our tiecketing service, take care about content of our company page and support internal awaarnes of usability of web tools.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Stakeholder collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders to gather content and requirements to edit our web and intranet pages. Support internal stakeholders on the Communications and Marketing tools.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders of the Communications and Marketing teams.
• Content management: Ensure a proper user experience in the sections of the website and intranet. Contribute to our web activities and areas like SEO and Analytics.
• Tools Implementation support: Support in testing and implementation of new Communications and Marketing tools.
• Tools awareness function: Provide help, training and facilitate the spreading of knowledge and information regarding our web and tools.

Your Background

• Education and experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent. At least 5 years of experience knowledge and expertise on Digital Communications and Marketing.
• Tools experience: CMS experience: (Web usability, analytics, SEO, etc.). Content manager tools - Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is preferred. Knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft office applications is a plus.
• Project management & communication experience: Support implementation process from PM perspective and a thorough knowledge of implementing digital tools within an organization. B2B communications experience.
• Soft skills: Relational skills at all levels. Reliable person with a strong commitment to speed and quality.
• Language skills: Fluent in written and spoken English
