Key Responsibilities:Security Operations Leadership

  • Lead and manage the Security Operations team, ensuring effective performance and development of staff.
  • Direct security event monitoring, incident response, and cyber intelligence activities.
  • Oversee the identification, assessment, reporting, communication, mitigation, and monitoring of security incidents.
  • Ensure 24x7x365 continuous investigation of correlated security event feeds, with appropriate triage and escalation of identified incidents.
  • Monitor and report on service level attainment and objectives (SLAs/SLOs) in alignment with client contractual agreements.

Internal IT & Security Management

  • Supervise the installation, maintenance, and optimization of IT systems, hardware, software, and security infrastructure within Netrust.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement initiatives that uphold security standards and compliance (e.g., Data Privacy Act of 2012).
  • Drive innovation and digital transformation initiatives within the organization.
  • Oversee technical support and helpdesk operations, ensuring timely and effective assistance to internal users.

External Service Support Delivery

  • Provide strategic leadership to the Service Support Delivery team across multiple client projects.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Implementations, Customer Success, Sales, and Business Development teams to design and implement technical support workflows.
  • Establish and maintain high-quality service processes for complaint handling and problem resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage external support and helpdesk teams to ensure timely resolution of client-raised incidents within agreed SLAs.
