
Training and Performance Management Specialist

- Monitors the completeness and updates of the Competency Dictionary;
- Oversees the facilitation of end to end process of New Hire Orientation Program which includes logistics, module development and updating, implementation and evaluation;
- Ensures that the coordination with HR Officers of branches with the NHOP implementation;
- Oversees the end to end process of the internship program which includes hiring, coordination with the requesting department, orientation and issuance of Certificate of Completion;
- Oversees OJT compliance with the work schedule and organization's general policies;
- Facilitates orientation to interns;
- Oversees the proper and timely evaluation of implemented NHOP, Internal Training and Intern Orientation through Post Training Evaluation Survey;
- Ensures the completeness and coordinates development of new job descriptions;
- Assists in the performance management system and compliance of line managers and officers in the annual performance evaluation;
- Monitors and ensures accuracy and availability of the following data/report:
- NHOP Database
- Post Training Evaluation Survey
- OJT Database
- Job Description Inventory
- Summary of Performance Appraisal Results
- Determines the employee training needs and OD interventions based on established competencies through the conduct of TNA;
- Safe keeps all electronic copy of old and current Job Descriptions;
- Monitors the issuance of Job Description and Employee Handbook to newly-hired and to all requesting parties;
- Manages the HR On-the-Job Trainees and creates the calendar of learning;
- Safe keeps all documents pertaining to trainings;
- Complies with IMS standards; and
- Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
