Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

● Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations (FOH & BOH).

● Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and service.

● Develop and enforce restaurant policies, SOPs, and safety standards.

● Monitor dining flow, peak hours, and ensure smooth service.

Staff Management

● Lead, supervise, and motivate staff to perform efficiently.

● Conduct training, coaching, and performance evaluations.

● Create weekly schedules and ensure adequate manpower coverage.

Customer Service & Hospitality

● Ensure excellent guest experience at all times.● Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism.

Inventory & Cost Control

● Monitor stock levels of food, supplies, and equipment.

● Coordinate with suppliers, oversee deliveries, and manage purchasing.

Financial & Administrative Tasks

● Assist in preparing daily sales reports and cash reconciliation.

● Ensure proper POS operation and cash handling procedures.

● Support management in planning promotions, menu pricing, and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field preferred.

● Minimum 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the F&B or hospitality

industry.

● Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.

● Knowledgeable in restaurant operations, inventory, and cost control.

● Customer-oriented, with excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.

● Able to work long hours, weekends, holidays, and fast-paced environments.

● Proficient in POS systems and basic computer applications (Excel/Word).
