Shift Manager 2 is the responsible for the overall shift operations, customer experience, sales performance and execution of brand excellence at the restaurant level. In the absence of the Restaurant Manager, the Shift Manager effectively is the Restaurant Leader. Shift Manager 2 typically supervises a shift by carrying out management responsibilities consistent with Max's policies, procedures and legal requirements.

Shift Manager 2 is the People Champion - leading in the Implementation of People processes and systems in the restaurant, such as team leader manpower planning, selection, scheduling, training of team members and team leaders, and labor cost achievement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree holder in BS HRM or equivalent
  • With 2 years of experience as a Supervisor in a similar industry
  • Experience in QSR is an advantage
  • Experience in the following areas:

a. Planning

b. Leading

c. Organizing

Work location: SM City Sta Rosa Tagapo City of Sta Rosa Laguna

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23, Php24,300.00 per month
