System & Process Manager (F&B Operations)

Full-time | North Caloocan, Metro Manila

About the Role

IBDC is looking for a System & Process Manager to oversee and improve our food & beverage operations. This role is focused on operational systems, workflows, and cost efficiency. You will help design and enforce processes that make our kitchens and service teams run smoothly while delivering excellent customer experiences. Fresh graduates or career shifters with strong analytical skills are welcome and we will provide training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement systems and procedures for efficient F&B operations
  • Oversee inventory management, purchasing, and cost control
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure accurate, timely service
  • Identify and resolve process bottlenecks and operational issues
  • Support planning and execution of F&B promotions and special initiatives
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on standard procedures
  • Continuously improve systems to enhance efficiency, cost savings, and service quality
