About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business and Information System Assistant to support our organization's operational and system-related initiatives. This role is designed for early-career or seasoned professionals who want to build or have experience in business operations, project coordination, and information systems management.

As a Business and Information System Assistant, you will help ensure smooth day-to-day operations, assist in systems-related activities, and provide coordination support across departments. This position offers excellent exposure to both business functions and digital platforms, a career in operations, systems, or management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative & Documentation

  • Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and business records.

  • Support the drafting of policies, SOPs, and business documents.

  • Operations Support

  • Assist in tracking projects, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Support logistical requirements for events, training, and client-related activities.
  • Help monitor compliance with processes and reporting requirements.

  • Systems & Data Assistance

  • Provide support in learning and using platforms such as School Management Systems (SMS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).

  • Assist in basic data consolidation, analysis, and reporting.
  • Help document system requirements and process improvements.

  • Coordination & Communication

  • Consolidate updates and reports from different teams.

  • Assist in preparing meeting highlights, action items, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal units and external partners for operational support.
Qualifications

  • Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Management, or related fields.

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability.

  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Interest in learning digital platforms and system processes.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
