Key Responsibilities

Coach Sales Leaders – Mentor and guide team managers to strengthen their coaching skills

Deliver Training – Create engaging programs that boost sales performance and confidence

Analyze Data – Use insights to spot trends, opportunities, and performance gaps

Boost Conversions – Refine lead targeting and sales strategies for better results

Drive ROI – Monitor, measure, and improve campaign outcomes

Collaborate – Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and conversions

Foster Culture – Build a growth-oriented, high-performing sales environment

Innovate – Update coaching strategies to keep pace with evolving market demands

Report – Provide clear, actionable updates to leadership What We're Looking For

Education

  • Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, HR, Education, Finance, or related field
  • MBA or certifications in Coaching/Training (CPSP, CSP, CPTD) a plus

Experience

  • 5+ years in sales, coaching, or training, with a strong record of improving team performance
  • 3–5 years in a leadership or coaching role, preferably with training design experience
  • Proven success in driving measurable sales results

  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Skilled in CRM systems, analytics, and e-learning tools
  • Data-driven thinker with proven ability to convert insights into action
