Position: Part-time Email Marketing Technical Specialist ( MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE)

We are seeking a highly skilled Email Marketing Technical Specialist to support our outreach, email marketing, and lead generation operations. The ideal candidate has strong technical experience in domain setup, email deliverability, lead database management, and campaign optimization. This role requires excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience with email automation and outbound tools. Key Responsibilities:

Set up new domains specifically for mailbox rotation and outbound activities.

Configure domain authentication protocols (DMARC, SPF, DKIM) to ensure high email deliverability.

Build and manage email sales funnels, including plain-text sequences and mixed media campaigns.

Manage and maintain lead databases using platforms like Lemlist, Apollo, or similar tools.

Review campaign performance regularly, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic adjustments.

Apply email warming strategies (e.g., Lemwarm) to protect and improve sender reputation.

Monitor domain and email reputation to detect potential issues early and take corrective action.

Conduct A/B tests on campaigns to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

Scrape leads from various external databases, clean data, and import them into email marketing systems.

Requirements:

ust have experience in

  • setting up new domains for mailbox rotation

  • ⁠setting up verification of domains (DMARC/SPF)

  • ⁠setting up email sales funnel (text only emails & media and text emails.

  • ⁠lead database management experience - in lemlist, Apollo or similar

  • ⁠experience in reviewing campaigns, tweaking, and improving

  • ⁠experience in email warming techniques (lemwarm etc)

  • ⁠experience in monitoring for damaged email reputation

  • ⁠experience A/B testing campaigns

  • ⁠experience scraping leads from external databases, cleaning and inputting them into email software.

Experience is a MUST - do not apply if you don't have sufficient technical experience. A technical task will be done over zoom to test technical skills.

Schedule:

Anytime between 11-9pm UK time, 4 days a month
