  • Graduate of BS Civil Engineering (PRC license not required).

Work Experience & Technical Skills

  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in construction or renovation projects (e.g., fit-out, repair, building works).
  • Knowledgeable in fit-out construction, including partitions, ceilings, flooring, painting, doors/windows, and other finishes.
  • Able to read and interpret architectural and structural plans, ensuring alignment with project specifications.
  • Basic understanding of structural safety and the load-bearing elements of buildings, including awareness of engineering standards and regulations.
  • Familiar with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works, including coordination with other trades for smooth project execution and troubleshooting.
  • Skilled in site supervision, ensuring that construction activities are carried out according to quality standards, timelines, and safety requirements.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, capable of producing and modifying technical drawings and as-built plans.
  • Capable of creating as-built drawings after project completion, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.

Project & Site Management

  • Can prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
  • Knowledgeable in scheduling and monitoring project timelines.
  • Ensures compliance with safety standards (OSH).
  • Can coordinate effectively with the project team.
