Grails and Build Corp GAB Corp is currently looking for a Site Engineer that will be responsible in providing project management support to residential projects in Metro Manila.

Your responsibilities

  • As a Site Engineer, you will have regular contact with customers and the sales organization as a problem solver and discussion partner.
  • You prepare specifications and calculations for static quotes and deliveries.
  • You provide material lists for quotations to Sales and Operations team, for deliveries to the site
  • You support the Procurement Team by determining appropriate site materials needed and formwork solutions that meet the projects' needs (economically, and in compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines).
  • You ensure that work is on schedule and lead the planning and improvement of robust solutions to technical challenges, motivating cross-functional workers to deliver.
  • Any other official duties as may be assigned by the Management.

Qualifications

What do I need to qualify for the job?

  • Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering/Architecture or equivalent education.
  • Minimum 1 year of field experience
  • Outstanding site management skills
  • Well developed analytical skills and technical proficiency.
  • Excellent proficiency in English
  • Strong communication skills with concise and clarity to multiple stakeholder e.g. clients
