Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-driven Digital Designer with expertise across web design, email marketing, and brand development. This role is ideal for a creative and technically proficient designer who thrives in a fast-paced, brand-led environment. You will play a key role in building and maintaining digital experiences — from responsive web pages to email templates and marketing materials — across multiple brands and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Web Design & Development (≈ 50%)

  • Build, update, and maintain consumer- and partner-facing webpages within Wix Studio or similar advanced web platforms.

  • Translate creative concepts into functional, responsive web experiences across desktop and mobile.

  • Use advanced design tools such as custom breakpoints, motion effects, vector animations, and modular layouts.

  • Ensure all pages meet high standards of UX, accessibility, performance, and brand consistency.

  • Maintain a scalable, well-structured web architecture that supports large volumes of user interactions.

Email & SMS Design (≈ 25%)

  • Design and manage email and SMS templates using Stripo or similar systems integrated with CRM platforms.

  • Build and test automated campaign templates for large audiences, ensuring responsive design and technical accuracy.

  • Maintain organised template libraries, consistent naming conventions, and efficient automation flows.

  • Ensure all outbound communications are visually aligned with brand identity and messaging.

Creative & Marketing Design (≈ 25%)

  • Create digital and marketing assets in Figma or Adobe XD for various brand initiatives.

  • Develop visuals for campaigns, partner materials, social media, and digital advertising.

  • Execute creative briefs accurately while maintaining design excellence, visual precision, and brand integrity.

  • Manage multiple deliverables and deadlines with a balance of creativity and efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Expert proficiency in Wix Studio or similar advanced web design platforms.

  • Strong experience with Stripo or comparable email template systems.

  • Solid creative and technical skills using Figma or Adobe XD.

  • Strong understanding of responsive design, UX principles, and visual communication.

  • Proven ability to manage workflows, naming conventions, and asset libraries in a structured environment.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, design accuracy, and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote setting.

Job requirements

  • Technical Requirements:

    • Main Internet Service Speed: at least 50 Mbps cable connection
