Digital Designer

Overview

The Digital Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling and user-centric digital

assets that support branding, marketing, and product objectives. This role combines creativity

with technical expertise to deliver high-quality designs across web, mobile, and digital marketing

channels.

Key Responsibilities

● Design engaging digital assets, including website layouts, social media graphics, email

templates, display ads, and multimedia content.

● Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to translate concepts and

requirements into effective visual solutions.

● Develop and maintain brand-consistent design systems, templates, and style guides.

● Produce wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for digital experiences.

● Optimize graphics and layouts for usability, responsiveness, and performance.

● Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital

design and UX/UI.

● Incorporate feedback and revise designs to meet project objectives and deadlines.

● Prepare final files for web and digital production, ensuring accuracy and quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Communication, or a related

field (or equivalent experience).

● Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, or similar.

● Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

● Knowledge of responsive design principles and digital asset specifications.

● Experience designing for web, mobile, and social media platforms.

● Ability to interpret creative briefs and present design concepts clearly.

● Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.

Preferred Qualifications

● Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or front-end development principles.

● Experience in motion graphics, animation, or video editing (e.g., After Effects, Premiere

Pro).

● Familiarity with UX/UI principles and user-testing methodologies.

● Experience working within agile or collaborative team environments.
