Duties and Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Identify potential clients and opportunities for party bookings and special events.
  • Utilize & recommend various channels such as networking, referrals, and flyering to generate leads.
  • Review the current Special Events' KPIs & ways of working, then provide support & recommendations on ways to optimize the business.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Ensure wowing guest service and address client concerns or inquiries promptly.

Event Planning and Coordination:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences.
  • Push for relevant packages to meet client needs and budget constraints.
  • Closely coordinate with Special Events Operations Supervisor for logistics and manpower requirements of each event.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Achieve sales targets and revenue goals for party bookings and special events.
  • Upsell additional services or enhancements to maximize revenue from each event.

Marketing and Promotion:

  • Collaborate with Special Events and Marketing Teams in developing marketing strategies and promotional materials to attract new clients
  • Participate in trade shows, community events, and networking activities to promote our services.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and contacts
  • Prepare reports and forecasts regarding sales performance, revenue and expenses.

Work Experience Requirement:

  • Must have bachelor's degree in marketing or any business-related courses
  • With experience in sales, preferably in the food service or events industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Exceptional guest service skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Has passion for events planning and creating memorable experiences for clients
  • Knowledge of local event venues, suppliers, and industry trends is a plus
  • Candidate must be residing in Davao or any nearby Cities
