Job Description

I. General /Primary Purpose

Sales and Marketing Officer is responsible for ensuring the company meets the sales targets, preparing marketing and sales strategies. Conducting extensive research on competitors' products and services. Creating and overseeing marketing campaigns.

II. Essential Functions

· Achievement of monthly and yearly sales target;

· Assist in the management of accounts receivable(AR) to ensure continuity of deliveries;

· Secure Purchase Order for customer in Active one to generate sales order;

· Acquire new customers

· Protect, grow and develop existing customers

· Conceptualize, develop and execute marketing programs

· Post marketing advertisement in Facebook

· Develop and launch marketing promotion and attract branding campaigns

· Resolve customer complaints and requests in coordination with support group

· Post the customer delivery schedule on a daily basis

· Generate leads and drive sales;

· Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales achievement;

· Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service;

· Make a plan to gain customers and retain them according to guarantees and warranties.

· Creates and analyze a plan for engaging the target customers market

· Answers questions from clients about product;

· Creates and presents regular performance reports for managers and executives;

· Ensure that emails are responded for customer inquiry and Purchase Orders.

· Researches client base in order to find new customers and accordingly sells them.

· Schedules meetings and appointments as necessary

· Performs other related duties as required by the immediate superior.

III. Peripheral Functions

Update customer profile and credit limit application approved by mgt.

Accurate Sales Order encoding in system.

Coordination and monitoring of stocks in site to improve sales performance.
