JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Coordinate the preparation and submission of construction.
  • Proposals, bids, change orders, and other sales documents.
  • Attend pre-bid meetings onsite and online.
  • ⁠Follow up on outstanding proposals and bids, and gather feedback on won or lost opportunities.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for customer and project inquiries.
  • Manage sales-related paperwork, including invoices and purchase orders.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field required.
  • At least 6 months or 1 year experience in a sales position, preferably in a paint or construction industry.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills, proven sales training and sales management abilities, proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software, and excellent communication skills.
  • Job requires frequent travel and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
