Our work schedule is Mondays to Saturdays, 8AM to 5PM.

This role will be office based (located in Novaliches, QC).

We're seeking a highly motivated and technically savvy individual to join our team as a Technical Specialist, specializing in the education sector. You'll play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our innovative products and the needs of schools. We are seeking for individuals with expertise in the following engineering/fields:

  • Civil Engineering
  • Computer Engineering
  • Electronics Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Mechatronics Engineering
  • Robotics
  • Sciences

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver impactful training programs for educators on our diverse product portfolio.
  • Craft compelling technical specifications and proposals to win new clients.
  • Conduct engaging product presentations at events and within the HPI Training Hub.
  • Champion product adoption through workshops, seminars, and technical consultations.
  • Manage product repairs, troubleshooting, and after-sales support.
  • Research and develop effective promotional materials (catalogs, flyers, etc.).
  • Stay ahead of the curve by conducting product application research and industry analysis.
  • Collaborate with FAE's and executives to package and promote product lines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering technical training programs.
  • Strong understanding of educational technology and its applications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Technically savvy; proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, and other productivity tools.

Bonus points:

  • Experience working with schools and educational institutions.
  • Familiarity with our product line or similar technologies.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills.
