Job Descriptions:

  • Guarantees the accurate withdrawal and dispatch of sales orders.
  • Maintains the accuracy of finished goods inventory while following the proper zoning and stocks rotation (FIFO) through regular inventory audits of each item transactions.
  • Monitors and improves withdrawal and dispatch performance measures.
  • Ensures that all withdrawal, loading, and dispatch official documents are matched and tallied.
  • Supervises receiving of returns and/or bad orders. Properly accounts all items accordingly to its accompanying documents.
  • Continuously finds ways to improve the withdrawal and loading processes focusing on efficiency, time and cost-effectiveness.
  • Effectively communicates, most especially with Planners and Sales Team, FG-supply and/or Dispatching concerns to avoid delays on the agreed delivery schedule.
