URGENT HIRING: COMPENSATION & BENEFITS SUPERVISOR (Cebu City)

Our company is urgently seeking a Compensation & Benefits Supervisor with strong experience in end-to-end payroll processing, mandatory benefits administration, and HR systems. This role is essential in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all payroll and C&B functions.
CORE SCOPE OF WORK / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Payroll Management (End-to-End)
Oversee complete payroll cycle for monthly and weekly employees.
Validate timekeeping records, OT, leaves, adjustments, and government contributions.
Ensure accurate computation of salaries, allowances, incentives, bonuses, and final pay.
Manage payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Coordinate with Finance for payroll funding and posting.
Mandatory Benefits Administration
Ensure accurate and timely remittance of SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, and other statutory requirements.
Monitor loan applications, salary loans, maternity benefits, and sickness notifications.
Maintain updated knowledge on government regulations and compliance updates.
Compensation & Benefits Programs
Implement and monitor company benefits, allowances, and incentive programs.
Maintain salary structure, pay grades, and compensation policies.
Assist in annual salary review, merit increases, and market benchmarking.
HRIS / Payroll System Management
Maintain employee data and payroll records in the HR/payroll system.
Optimize system processes and ensure correct configuration.
Prepare digital reports, analytics, and payroll dashboards.
Documentation & Employee Records
Maintain organized and complete 201 files.
Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and data protection at all times.

TAT for employee concerns (payroll and benefits) within defined service levels
Complete and updated 201 files
Accurate HRIS data management and reporting
Implementation rate of C&B initiatives and process improvements
