Job Summary: The HR Compensation & Benefits Specialist is responsible for the administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of the company's compensation and benefits programs. This role ensures internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance with labor laws and company policies while supporting employee satisfaction and organizational goals.

What You Will Do:

  • Administer and manage compensation and benefits programs, including payroll coordination, incentives, allowances, and bonuses
  • Conduct job evaluations, salary benchmarking, and market analysis to ensure competitive compensation structures
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits enrollment, changes, and claims (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, HMO, and other company benefits)
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and company policies related to compensation and benefits
  • Prepare reports, analytics, and recommendations related to compensation, benefits costs, and trends
  • Support annual salary reviews, merit increases, and benefits renewal processes
  • Address employee inquiries regarding compensation, benefits, and deductions
  • Collaborate with payroll, finance, and HR teams to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency
  • Assist in developing and updating compensation and benefits policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in HR Compensation & Benefits or a related HR function
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory benefits
  • Proficient in MS Excel and HRIS/payroll systems
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality
