About the role

Join our team as an Australian Visa Processor and play a crucial role in supporting our clients through the complex Australian visa application process. This full-time position is home based where you'll work digitally alongside a dedicated team to ensure our clients' visa applications are processed efficiently and accurately.

What you'll be doing

  • Review visa application forms and supporting documents to ensure compliance with Australian immigration requirements
  • Liaise with clients to gather additional information or clarify any issues with their applications
  • Prepare and submit visa applications to the relevant Australian government authorities
  • Monitor application status and communicate updates to clients in a timely manner
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation throughout the visa processing lifecycle
  • Assist with responding to queries and providing guidance to clients on the visa application process
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in Australian immigration regulations and policies

What we're looking for

  • One (1) years minimum experience in processing Australian visa applications. Your experience must be in the Australian visa program.
  • Experience using Migration Manager and Immi Accounts.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
  • Knowledge of Australian visa requirements and application processes would be highly advantageous
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as business, law or public administration, is preferred
