Overview

Join a reputable organization specializing in visa processing and administrative support for Australian visa applications. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals fluent in both English and Chinese who have prior experience handling Australian visa documentation. You'll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of visa applications while providing clear guidance to applicants.


Job Highlights

Monthly Rate: Php 50,000-60,000

Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 35 hours

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Sydney Time) with 1-hour unpaid break

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an "Independent Contractor," selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates, and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

  • Check visa application documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Identify any issues with visa application documents
  • Provide guidance on how to fix any issues with documents
  • Process email and paperwork for visa applications

Requirements
