Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Information Technology Specialist, located in Metro Manila, with the flexibility of some work from home. The IT Specialist will be responsible for network administration, overseeing IT infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring network security, and providing customer service support to address hardware and software concerns.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Security
  • Strong skills in Information Technology and Troubleshooting
  • Excellent Customer Service abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco, CompTIA Network+, or similar) are a plus
