We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy IT & Digital Media Specialist to join our team. This role combines IT support and creative digital management, ensuring smooth operations in our office and a strong online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain office hardware and software systems.

  • Provide basic IT support to staff and ensure network security.

  • Manage and update our Facebook pages and other social media accounts.

  • Create branding and marketing materials using Photoshop, Canva, and other design tools.

  • Assist in digital campaigns and help strengthen our company's online identity.

  • Coordinate with management for branding consistency and IT upgrades.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred but not required).

  • Experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and systems maintenance.

  • Knowledge of social media management (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Canva, and other creative tools.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
