Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Administrator to manage and optimize our IT infrastructure. This role requires expertise in complex networks, virtual environments, CRM platforms (Salesforce/SFS, HubSpot), and cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will lead technical initiatives, ensure system reliability, and implement IT solutions that support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain enterprise-level servers, networks, routers, switches, firewalls, and cloud systems.
  • Oversee heavy network environments, virtual machines, and virtual reality platforms.
  • Administer and optimize CRM systems (Salesforce/SFS, HubSpot) and ensure data integrity.
  • Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Implement cybersecurity measures, data backups, and disaster recovery plans.
  • Lead IT projects, system upgrades, and technology improvements.
  • Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and compliance with data protection standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors for procurement, maintenance, and IT service contracts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT administration, network management, or systems engineering.
  • Strong background in enterprise networks, virtualization, and system security.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce/SFS, HubSpot, and other CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AWS, or Azure).
  • Familiarity with virtual reality environments is a plus.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
