Senior leader role responsible for supporting business center personnel and managing technologies that enable operations and productivity for over 6,000 employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business and technology leaders in and across the client company to achieve strategic IT and business goals.
  • Lead IT initiatives, infrastructure management, and enterprise technology deployment across Philippine sites.
  • Partner with enterprise technology teams to implement seamless communication, collaboration, and enterprise solutions.
  • Drive system optimization, compliance, and standardization to enhance productivity and technology performance.
  • Manage local vendors, SLAs, and technology budgets while ensuring business continuity and high system availability.
  • Enforce information security policies and regulatory compliance, including PEZA audits.
  • Translate business needs into IT strategies and projects aligned with the client company's global technology standards.
  • Promote innovation through technology trend adoption and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; 15+ years of IT experience.
  • Minimum 3 years leading BPO technology infrastructure for at least 4,000 employees.
  • Experience managing EUS, network, data center, and contact center technologies.
  • Proven leadership in matrix organizations and collaboration with global IT teams.
  • Certified SAFe professional with strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and vendor management skills.
  • Willing to work night shifts and handle 24/7 operational needs.
