DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


Onboarding and Offboarding:

· Assist Recruitment in other matters such as Onboarding and Offboarding, prepare JO and Contract in absence of HR Recruitment Supervisor

· Setup process for a new employee profile in the Company's attendance monitoring system (e.g. biometrics device for on-site)

· Prepare Last pay and Separation pay computation for HR supervisor checking.

· Facilitate the release of Last Pay and Separation Pay

· Process ATM of newly hired employees and constant coordination with the PBCOM.

· Checking of documents uploaded in the system by the Recruitment such as JO, Employment Contract, PDS for payroll purposes.

· Prepare Certificate of Employment

Compensation & Benefits

· Prepares Gov't Monthly Contributions to submit to HR Supervisor for checking.

· Prepares computation and request of payment of employee benefits such as SSS Maternity and Sickness, SSS Loans, Company Loans.

· Monitors employee salary loans and advances. Coordinates such loans and advances for payroll deductions.

· Coordinate with the employee with HMO entitlement for enrollment.

· Prepares Personnel Action Memo for Regularization, Salary Increase and other movements for checking of HR Supervisor.

· Coordinate with the accounting on other request for payment and other matters regarding compensation and benefits.

· Assists in Payroll & Timekeeping

Other HR Concern:

· Prepares Request for payment of 3rd party manpower to submit to HR Supervisor for checking and submission of request to accounting.

· Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time (in relation with the position as HR Specialist) by the HR Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· A holder of Human Resource Management, any Business Degree or other related degree

· At least 1 year experience in processing Government mandated benefits such as but not limited to SSS, HDMF, PhilHealth etc.

· At least 1-2 years' experience in Human Resource Department
